A swap is a content collab between two OnlyFans creators — they each post content featuring or promoting the other. Managing swaps means keeping track of who's posting when, and making sure both sides know when the other goes live. SwapFlow automates the notification side: when your model's content goes live, we ping every relevant swap partner on Telegram so they know to go live too.

To get you set up we'll need secure access to your OnlyFans and Telegram accounts. Everything is handled confidentially — we treat your account access with the same care as a trusted employee. Once we're in, we handle everything else from day one.

Typically 24–48 hours from when you reach out. Once we have account access, we configure the system, test all notifications, verify partner contacts, and confirm everything is working. You'll be running on autopilot within two business days.

Telegram is the primary channel as it's by far the most widely used in the OF creator world. Agency Max clients can also unlock WhatsApp or Slack notifications. If you have partners on other platforms, let us know and we can discuss options. Most partners we've worked with are already on Telegram.

The daily swap updates are fully automated — every partner gets notified without you lifting a finger. Where you'll still be involved is the relationship side — if you want to extend a swap, negotiate terms, or start a new collab, that conversation happens between you and your partners as normal. On our Agency Max plan, we handle that side too — full swap management including outreach and negotiations, so you truly don't touch anything.

Absolutely. Each model gets their own dedicated swap setup within your account. The notification messages are customised per model, and swap partners are only notified about the relevant creator's content. Multiple niches, no problem.

You can upgrade your plan at any time. If you're on Starter (1 model) and want to add a second, you'd move to the Agency Pack. Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining billing period. Just message us and we'll sort it same day.

Yes, absolutely. We understand the sensitivity of this industry. Your creator identities, partner contacts, and swap data are never shared, sold, or disclosed. We operate under strict confidentiality and you can request a data deletion at any time.

All plans start with a 3-day trial. A valid payment method is required when you sign up — like Amazon Prime, your card is charged automatically once the trial ends. Cancel any time during the 3 days and you won't be charged a penny. After that, monthly plans can be cancelled before your next billing date. Annual plans are non-refundable after the trial period but you can cancel to prevent renewal. We're confident you'll stay once you see how much time you reclaim.
