1 About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SwapFlow and the services provided by us at swapflow.live. By signing up for or using SwapFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use our service.

"You" or "Client" refers to the individual or business that has subscribed to SwapFlow. "We", "us", or "SwapFlow" refers to the service operator.

2 The Service

SwapFlow provides an automated swap management and notification service for OnlyFans model managers. The service includes:

• Automated daily updates sent to your swap partners via Telegram
• Ongoing monitoring and management of your swap notification system
• Access to a swap tracking dashboard (where applicable to your plan)
• Dedicated account support as outlined in your chosen plan

The specific features available to you depend on the plan you have subscribed to (Solo Manager, Agency Pack, or Agency Max). We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3 Account Access

You agree to provide SwapFlow with the account access necessary to deliver the service. This includes:

• Login credentials or delegated access to your OnlyFans account
• Access to the Telegram account used to manage your swap partners

You warrant that you are authorised to grant us this access and that doing so does not violate any third-party terms of service, agreement, or applicable law.

You are responsible for notifying us promptly of any changes to your account credentials or access details that may affect our ability to deliver the service.

Upon termination of your subscription, we will revoke and securely delete any stored account credentials within a reasonable timeframe.

4 Subscriptions & Payment

SwapFlow is offered on a subscription basis. The following payment terms apply:

• 3-day trial — all new subscriptions begin with a 3-day trial period. A valid payment method is required at sign-up. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will activate automatically and your payment method will be charged.
• Monthly plans — billed monthly on the date your subscription activates. Payments are taken automatically via your chosen payment method.
• Annual plans — billed upfront for a full year at a discounted rate. Annual payments are non-refundable after the 3-day trial period, except where required by law.
• Price changes — we will give at least 30 days' notice before increasing subscription prices. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

All prices are listed in GBP and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

5 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• During the 3-day trial — cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Access to the service will cease at the end of the trial period.
• Monthly plans — cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. No partial refunds are given for unused days in the current period.
• Annual plans — you may cancel at any time to prevent automatic renewal at the next annual date. Annual fees already paid are non-refundable after the 3-day trial period, except where required by applicable law.

To cancel, contact us via email or Telegram. We aim to process all cancellation requests within one business day.

6 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all confidential information shared in connection with the service as strictly confidential. This includes:

• Your account credentials and login details
• The identity and details of the creators you manage
• Your swap partners and collab arrangements
• Any business or operational information shared with us

We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the service (e.g. to members of our operating team on a need-to-know basis).

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about SwapFlow's systems, pricing, or processes that you become aware of through your use of the service.

These confidentiality obligations survive termination of your subscription.

7 Acceptable Use

You agree to use SwapFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Provide false or misleading information when signing up or using the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure
• Use the service to facilitate illegal activity of any kind
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the service to a third party without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription immediately if we reasonably believe you are in breach of this clause.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SwapFlow shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service
• Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities, however caused
• Any failure or delay in delivering the service due to circumstances outside our reasonable control (including platform downtime, third-party service outages, or changes to OnlyFans or Telegram's policies)
• Actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g. account restrictions imposed by OnlyFans or Telegram)

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to SwapFlow in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the SwapFlow service, including its software, design, and documentation, remain the property of SwapFlow. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You retain all rights to your own content and data. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to access and use your account data solely to deliver the service as described in these Terms.

10 Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time in accordance with the cancellation policy set out in clause 5.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately and without notice if:

• You breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 7 days of notice
• You fail to make payment and do not resolve this within 7 days
• We are required to do so by law

On termination, your access to the service will cease, we will revoke any account access we hold, and any outstanding fees will remain due.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect, via email or a notice within the service. Your continued use of SwapFlow after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
