- Business information — the number of models you manage and approximate swap volumes, provided via our enquiry form
- Communications — any messages you send us via the contact form or directly
We do not collect payment card details directly. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider and is subject to their privacy policy.
3 How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data solely to provide and improve our service. Specifically:
- To set up and operate your automated swap management system
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests
- To send service notifications relevant to your account
- To comply with our legal obligations

To deliver the SwapFlow service, we require secure access to your OnlyFans and Telegram accounts. This access is:
- Used exclusively to manage swap notifications on your behalf
- Never shared with third parties outside of our operating team
- Treated with the same level of care and discretion as a trusted employee
- Revoked and deleted upon cancellation of your subscription
We understand the sensitive nature of this industry and take the security of your account access extremely seriously. We operate under strict internal confidentiality obligations.
5 How We Store & Protect Your Data
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. These include:
- Access controls limiting data access to authorised team members only
